ICC Cricket Ranking/Rating

At the time when the International Cricket Council was formed, the only type of cricket they were played is the test cricket and the number of countries are limited. After the ICC formed the development of cricket takes place world wide as a result this game was not limited to some countries only. Then the concept of the ranking was introduced to give the order for the members. Good playing teams with high win-loss ratio have high rating and high point as a result the ranking will be top. Inversely team with the low win-loss ratio will have the low points as result lower ranking. There are different factors affecting the team ranking, the main thing is the win-loss ratio. The ICC cricket ranking not only provides the ranking of the teams only but it also provides the ranking of the batsmen, bowlers and all arrounders. One must have to know that the high points must have the higher rating and top ranking, the ranking is based on the rating of the each team. When the team win the match it increases the team rating and when the team loss the match then the rating decreases. When the team will win the match with the team with the higher ranking team then the rating will increase with the greater rate where as when the team will win the match with the team with lower ranking the rating will increase with the lower rate.
